1. Order Process

- Orders can be placed directly through our website.

- Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

2. Shipping

- We only ship within the UK.

- Standard delivery time is 2-3 working days using Royal Mail.

- Express shipping is available at an additional cost.

3. Payment

- We accept PayPal, Google Pay and Shopify Payments.

- Payment is required at the time of order.

4. Cancellation

- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided the item has not yet been dispatched.
