1. Orders

- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

- We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

- Once an order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent. This does not constitute acceptance of the order, which is finalised upon dispatch of the product.

2. Pricing and Payment

- All prices on our website are in GBP.

- We accept payments through PayPal and Shopify Payments.

- Prices are subject to change without notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

3. Shipping and Delivery

- We only ship within the United Kingdom.

- Standard delivery time is 2-3 working days.

- We use Royal Mail for all deliveries and offer express shipping as an option.

- There are no additional shipping costs based on location, order value, or product type.

4. Returns and Refunds

- You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product.

- The jigsaw box must be in its original wrapping to be eligible for a return.

- We will cover the cost of return shipping.

- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item and will include the full cost of the product.

- We strive to ensure that product descriptions and images on our website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that colours and descriptions will be exactly as shown.
